Tix Platform

The Tix Platform stores your Personal Information that you provide us when buying a ticket. This Personal Information includes just your Name and Email address, and if you choose to, also your Phone number, Sex and Age.

Your Personal Information is ONLY shared with the creator of the event that you are buying tickets from.

Your Personal Information is NOT shared with ANY 3rd party.

We also do not believe in Marketing Analytics. That is why you will NOT find ANY cookies, other than the ONE technical cookie that is created on your device when you login with your device to create a session GUID.

TixScanner Application

The TixScanner Application does not require you to enter ANY personal information. The scanner is only a tool that reads the content of a QR Code, that is expected to be a GUID.

It then uses the GUID retrieved to query an API, and shows the result. The result is in the form 'Yes' or 'No'.

The result of the query therefore also does not reveil any personal information.
